Welcome to the Terms of Use for Homitski Labs. By accessing or using homitskilabs.com, the Shoreline platform, or any services provided by Homitski Labs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms govern your use of Homitski Labs’ AI automation solutions, web development services, and the Shoreline SaaS platform for property management. Please read these terms carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.
Acceptance of Terms / Eligibility / Account Registration
By using any services of Homitski Labs, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and any activity under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
If unauthorized use of your account occurs, contact us immediately. Homitski Labs may suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not meet eligibility requirements or disagree with these terms, do not use Homitski Labs services.
Description of Services / Service Agreements / Payment Terms
Homitski Labs provides custom AI automation for local businesses, website design and hosting, and the Shoreline SaaS platform for vacation rental management. All work is subject to service agreements or statement of work.
SaaS platform subscriptions are governed by pricing and terms as presented at purchase. Homitski Labs reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Fees are due as agreed in your service plan and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
We may suspend access for overdue payments. All payments are owed as specified in your agreement or plan.
Acceptable Use / Intellectual Property / Client Data and Content
You agree not to misuse Homitski Labs services (including but not limited to unlawful purposes, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operations, uploading malware, scraping, or reverse engineering). Misrepresentation and spamming are prohibited.
All content on our site, including code, design, trademarks, and materials, belongs to Homitski Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. Feedback may be used by us without obligation.
You retain ownership of data you input into our services, but grant us a license to process and display your data as needed to provide services. You are responsible for lawful data practices, including end user compliance with privacy rules.
Disclaimers / Limitation of Liability / Indemnification
Homitski Labs services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homitski Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Homitski Labs, including its employees and agents, from any claims or losses resulting from use of our services, violations of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or data you provide.
Termination / Governing Law / Changes to These Terms / Contact Us
You may stop using Homitski Labs services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated. After termination, we may keep your data as required by law or for business purposes.
These Terms are governed under Florida law, regardless of conflict of law principles. Disputes will be settled in Florida courts.
